Eng. Yazid Al Mutawa, Chief Executive Officer of Asaleeb, took part as a guest and speaker at the Between Two Cultures event, which brought together a select group of architects and designers from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Iraq, set on strengthening professional dialogue and exchanging expertise in architecture and design.
He joined a panel titled The Foundations and Future of Architecture and Design in Saudi Arabia and Iraq, which addressed the shifts under way in the sector and the importance of holding to architectural identity while taking up contemporary design thinking, alongside a review of the opportunities and challenges bearing on the urban environment in both countries.
